Language Training

Course Objective

Forum custom-designs each course by taking into account the client`s target and the participant`s English level ability and goals.

Various business skills are also incorporated into the course program that support and fortify the requirements of professional business people who utilize English communication for their work.

Training Material(s) and Textbook

The core material(s) used in the training cover the general aspects of listening, speaking, and writing in a business English environment.

The instructor will also utilize supplementary materials and resources wherever appropriate.

Course Levels

 Beginner ~ Upper Beginner Level

At this level, the participant(s) will learn how to use English in everyday situations and purposes related to work situations.

They will have the opportunity to use the skills that they learned in the course.

The core topics covered at this level include building relationships, business in general, effective listening, social situations with daily expressions and telephone business manners.

Pre-Intermediate ~ Intermediate Level

At this level, the participant(s) will be able to greatly improve their ability to communicate in English in a wide range of business situations.

They will also develop the necessary communication skills to succeed in business and improve their knowledge of the business.

The core topics covered at this level include active listening comprehension, active participation in meetings, and understanding, interruption expressions, specific terminologies, start-up phrases and business in general.

Upper Intermediate ~ Advanced Level

At this level, the participant(s) will be able to greatly challenge their ability to communicate in English in a wide range of business situations.

They will also develop and actively use the communication skills that they need to succeed in business.

The core topics covered at this level include dealing with real complex business scenarios, delivery of lively `Western-style` speaking structures, interruption expressions, specific terminologies, and tactfully handling cross-cultural business situations.
